Wave height forecasts for Eastern Nunavut issued by Environment
Canada at 5:00 a.m. EST Sunday 16 December 2018 for today tonight and
Monday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Forecast values are combined wind wave and swell heights. Highest
waves may be more than twice forecast values. Wave heights may vary
considerably due to shoreline and depth effects.

Outside the ice edge seas 2 metres subsiding to 1 late this morning.

Mainly ice covered.

West Brevoort - northern half.
Mainly ice covered.

West Brevoort - southern half.
Mainly ice covered.

Central Brevoort - northern half.
Outside the ice edge seas 1 metre or less.

Central Brevoort - southern half.
Outside the ice edge seas 2 metres subsiding to 1 late this morning
then building to 2 Monday evening.

East Brevoort - northern half.
Seas 3 metres subsiding to 2 early this morning and to 1 early this
afternoon.

East Brevoort - southern half.
Seas 3 metres subsiding to 2 early this morning and to 1 early this
evening.

Frobisher Bay.
Mainly ice covered.

West Clyde - northern half
West Clyde - southern half
East Clyde - northern half
East Clyde - southern half
West Davis - northern half
West Davis - southern half
