Seas 3 to 4 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 this morning and to 1 to 2 Thursday morning. Seas building to 3 to 4 Thursday evening. East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south. Seas 3 to 4 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 this evening then building to 3 to 4 Thursday evening. East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis. Seas 2 to 3 metres subsiding to 1 to 2 this evening.
