Wave height forecasts for the Maritimes issued by Environment Canada
at 5:00 a.m. ADT Monday 26 October 2026 for today tonight and
Tuesday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 5:00 p.m. ADT.

Forecast values are combined wind wave and swell heights. Highest
waves may be more than twice forecast values. Wave heights may vary
considerably due to shoreline and depth effects.

Fundy
Grand Manan.
Seas 1 metre or less building to 1 to 2 near midnight then subsiding
to 1 or less Tuesday afternoon.

Lurcher
Browns Bank
Southwestern Shore
LaHave Bank.
Seas 1 metre building to 1 to 2 after midnight.

Georges Bank
West Scotian Slope.
Seas 1 metre building to 2 near noon Tuesday.

Eastern Shore
Fourchu.
Seas 1 to 2 metres.

Sable - eastern half
East Scotian Slope - eastern half
Laurentian Fan - southwestern half.
Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 Tuesday morning.

Sable - western half
East Scotian Slope - western half.
Seas 1 metre building to 2 Tuesday morning.

Banquereau - northern half
Cabot Strait.
Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 late overnight and to 3 to 4
Tuesday morning.

Banquereau - southern half
Laurentian Fan - northeastern half.
Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 Tuesday morning and to 3 to 4
Tuesday evening.

Gulf - Magdalen - northeastern half
Anticosti - southwestern half.
Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 early this evening and to 3 to
4 Tuesday morning.

Gulf - Magdalen - southwestern half.
Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 late overnight.

Anticosti - northeastern half.
Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 this evening.

How to use
  • Add to shortcuts

    • Select the link to rename
    • Click on the "Rename" button and change the link name
    • Click the enter or tab key
    • Click on the "Close" button to save the change
  • Keyboard navigation
    • Use the Tab key to move to a button or link
    • Use the Enter key to click on buttons or links
    • Organize shortcuts navigation
      • Use the ↑ Up key to select the link above. If none are selected, it will select the first link.
      • Use the ↓ Down key to select the link below. If none are selected, it will select the last link.
      • Use the Page Up key to move a selection up in the list.
      • Use the Page Down key to move a selection down in the list.
  • Restore default list

    Warning: Clicking on the button below will remove all your customized links.
