Seas 1 metre or less building to 1 to 2 this evening and to 2 to 3 Monday afternoon. Seas building to 3 to 4 Monday evening. Lurcher Browns Bank. Seas 1 to 2 metres building to 2 to 3 near noon Monday and to 3 to 4 Monday evening. Georges Bank Southwestern Shore LaHave Bank West Scotian Slope.
