 Visibility as low as 1 mile in precipitation. Temperatures near
 minus 2.

Wind northwest 20 knots diminishing to northwest 10 to 15 early this
 afternoon then becoming light early this evening. Wind becoming
 northwest 10 to 15 overnight then becoming light near noon Sunday.

 drizzle this evening. Showers near midnight changing to flurries

 morning then becoming light early this evening. Wind light Sunday.
 Flurries beginning this evening changing to freezing drizzle near

 overnight. Fog patches reforming Sunday morning. Visibility as low
 as 1 mile in flurries and 1 mile or less in fog patches.
