Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind light increasing to north 15 knots late this morning and to
 northwest 25 late this afternoon. Wind diminishing to northwest 15
 near midnight and to light late overnight. Wind becoming southwest
 15 Thursday afternoon then diminishing to light Thursday evening.
 Periods of snow beginning this morning. Moderate freezing spray
 ending overnight except severe this afternoon and this evening.
 Moderate freezing spray Thursday afternoon and evening. Temperatures
 near minus 13.

Wind northwest 15 knots increasing to northwest 20 early this morning
 then diminishing to light Thursday morning. Flurries. Severe
 freezing spray becoming moderate Thursday morning and ending

Wind northwest 25 knots diminishing to light this evening then

 diminishing to northwest 30 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to
 light overnight then increasing to northeast 20 Thursday evening.
 Periods of snow. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow. Severe freezing
 spray ending overnight. Moderate freezing spray beginning Thursday
 evening. Temperatures zero falling to minus 8 this evening.
