Wind light today tonight and Thursday. Temperatures near minus 20.

East Davis - southern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind light increasing to north 15 knots late this morning and to
 northwest 25 late this afternoon. Wind diminishing to northwest 15
 near midnight and to light late overnight. Wind becoming southwest
 15 Thursday afternoon then diminishing to light Thursday evening.
 Periods of snow beginning this morning. Moderate freezing spray
 ending overnight except severe this afternoon and this evening.
 Moderate freezing spray Thursday afternoon and evening. Temperatures
 near minus 13.

Cumberland.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northwest 15 knots increasing to northwest 20 early this morning
 then diminishing to light Thursday morning. Flurries. Severe
 freezing spray becoming moderate Thursday morning and ending
 Thursday morning. Temperatures near minus 20.

West Brevoort - northern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northwest 25 knots diminishing to light this evening then
 increasing to northwest 20 Thursday evening. Outside the ice edge
 severe freezing spray becoming moderate this evening then becoming
 severe Thursday evening. Temperatures near minus 20.

West Brevoort - southern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind north 15 knots diminishing to light late this morning then
 increasing to northeast 20 Thursday evening. Flurries Thursday.
 Severe freezing spray becoming moderate ending Thursday afternoon.
 Moderate freezing spray beginning Thursday evening. Temperatures
 minus 18 rising to minus 10 Thursday afternoon.

Central Brevoort - northern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northwest 15 knots increasing to northwest 25 early this morning
 then diminishing to west 15 late overnight. Wind diminishing to
 light Thursday evening. Periods of snow tonight. Severe freezing
 spray becoming moderate overnight. Temperatures near minus 15.

Central Brevoort - southern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind north 25 knots diminishing to northwest 15 this evening and to
 light after midnight. Wind increasing to northeast 15 Thursday
 afternoon and to northeast 20 Thursday evening. Periods of snow
 ending early this morning. Flurries tonight and Thursday. Visibility
 1 mile or less in snow. Severe freezing spray becoming moderate this
 evening and ending after midnight. Moderate freezing spray beginning
 Thursday afternoon. Temperatures near minus 9.

East Brevoort - northern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind north 20 knots increasing to north 25 early this morning then
 diminishing to northwest 15 early this evening. Wind diminishing to
 light late overnight. Wind light Thursday. Periods of snow ending
 Thursday morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow. Moderate
 freezing spray ending overnight except severe today. Temperatures
 near minus 9.

East Brevoort - southern half.
Gale warning in effect.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind north 30 knots increasing to north 35 early this morning then
 diminishing to northwest 30 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to
 light overnight then increasing to northeast 20 Thursday evening.
 Periods of snow. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow. Severe freezing
 spray ending overnight. Moderate freezing spray beginning Thursday
 evening. Temperatures zero falling to minus 8 this evening.

Frobisher Bay.
Wind light today tonight and Thursday. Flurries. Temperatures near
 minus 16.
