 increasing to southwest 15 early this afternoon. Wind veering to
 west 20 early this evening then diminishing to west 15 late
 overnight. Wind backing to south 20 Thursday morning then
 diminishing to northwest 15 Thursday afternoon. Wind diminishing to
 light Thursday evening. Flurries this afternoon tonight and
 Thursday. Visibility 1 mile or less in flurries. Freezing spray
 ending this morning. Freezing spray beginning this evening and
 ending Thursday afternoon. Temperatures near minus 7.

Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind light increasing to west 20 knots early this afternoon then
 backing to southwest 15 this evening. Wind veering to west 20
 Thursday morning then increasing to west 30 Thursday afternoon.
 Flurries. Moderate freezing spray beginning this afternoon becoming
 severe Thursday afternoon. Temperatures minus 5 falling to minus 14
 Thursday evening.

Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind north 15 knots increasing to north 20 near noon then diminishing
 to north 15 Thursday afternoon. Periods of snow. Visibility 1 mile
 or less in snow. Freezing spray. Temperatures minus 10 falling to
 minus 15 Thursday afternoon.

Wind light increasing to north 20 knots this afternoon then
