Wind northwest 15 knots diminishing to light late this morning then
 becoming southwest 15 late this afternoon. Wind backing to southeast
 15 Wednesday morning. Scattered flurries. Temperatures near minus 4.

Wind northwest 15 knots diminishing to light early this afternoon
 then increasing to south 15 overnight. Wind increasing to south 20
 Wednesday morning then backing to southeast 15 Wednesday afternoon.

Wind east 15 knots backing to northeast 20 early this afternoon then
