Regent.
Wind northwest 20 to 25 knots tonight and Wednesday.

Committee.
Wind northwest 20 knots increasing to northwest 25 early Wednesday
 morning. Temperatures near zero.

Barrow.
Wind northwest 25 knots diminishing to northwest 15 early Wednesday
 morning then backing to southwest 20 Wednesday evening. Periods of
 snow and showers Wednesday evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in
 snow. Temperatures near zero.

Lancaster - western half.
Wind northwest 25 knots tonight and Wednesday.

Lancaster - eastern half.
Wind light becoming west 10 to 15 knots late overnight. Wind west 10

Wind light increasing to north 15 knots late this evening and to

West Baffin - southern half.
