Northwest Beaufort.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind west 20 knots backing to southwest 15 near noon then diminishing
 to light near midnight. Wind increasing to northwest 15 early
 Wednesday morning and to northwest 20 late Wednesday morning. Wind
 increasing to north 30 Wednesday evening. Snow this morning.
 Scattered flurries beginning this evening changing to snow Wednesday
 morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow. Outside the ice edge
 freezing spray beginning Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures zero
 falling to minus 8 Wednesday evening.

Wind west 20 knots backing to southwest 15 this afternoon then
