Wind northwest 20 knots except northwest 35 in the Approaches. Wind
 becoming northwest 35 this afternoon then diminishing to northwest
 30 after midnight. Wind northwest 20 to 30 Wednesday. Periods of
 snow ending late this afternoon. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow.
 A risk of freezing spray in the Approaches overnight and Wednesday
 morning. Temperatures near minus 2.
