Halifax Harbour and Approaches.
Strong wind warning in effect.
Wind north 20 knots with gusts to 30 in the Approaches. Wind becoming
 northeast 25 early this evening then backing to north 20 near
 midnight. Wind increasing to north 25 late overnight then backing to
 northwest 20 early Sunday morning. Showers this afternoon.
 Temperatures near plus 16.
