and Wednesday.
The next scheduled synopsis will be issued at 3:30 p.m. NDT.

Systems position.
At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the northern Grand Banks.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough located southeast of
the Grand Banks.

By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday approaching trough located over Quebec.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over the Maritimes.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located over the southern
Grand Banks.

Canada at 9:53 A.M. NDT Tuesday 22 October 2024.

A trough of low pressure will approach from the west on Wednesday.
Strong to gale force southwesterlies will spread across western and
northern waters on Wednesday as the trough approaches.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, the Gulf waters, and Belle Isle Bank.
