 chance of rain showers changing to 30 percent chance of flurries and
 then to 30 percent chance of rain showers in the morning. High 7.

Lake Winnipeg North Basin.
Today..Wind south 30 km/h. A mix of sun and cloud. High 9.
Tonight..Wind southwest 20 km/h becoming northwest 30 late this
 evening. Partly cloudy. 30 percent chance of rain showers changing
