Tonight..Periods of snow ending near midnight then partly cloudy.
 Risk of freezing rain this evening. Wind up to 15 km/h. Temperature
 steady near minus 1. Wind chill near minus 4.
Saturday..A mix of sun and cloud. Becoming cloudy near noon. Wind
 becoming southeast 20 km/h in the afternoon. High plus 4. Wind chill
 minus 3 in the morning. UV index 1 or low.
