Monday..Ice pellets changing to freezing rain in the morning then to
 rain showers in the afternoon. Rainfall amount 5 mm. Fog patches
 developing in the afternoon. Wind becoming southeast 20 km/h gusting
 to 40 in the morning then becoming south 20 gusting to 40 in the
 afternoon. High 10. Wind chill minus 7 in the morning. UV index 2 or
 low.
Monday night..Showers. Amount 2 mm. Fog patches. Wind south 20 km/h
 gusting to 40 becoming southwest 40 gusting to 60 near midnight.
