A long period of snowfall continues. Total accumulations will be 15 to 30 cm by Friday morning. Snow will gradually get lighter through tonight then continue until Saturday afternoon. A wide range of 10 to 23 cm has been reported so far, with an additional 5 to 10 cm forecast for most regions tonight. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Take frequent breaks and avoid strain when clearing snow.
