EXTREME COLD WARNING

Extreme Cold Warning in effect for:
  • Yellowhead Co. near Minnow and Wolf Lakes and Elk River

Extremely cold wind chill values near minus 40 continue. Wind chill values will moderate somewhat during the daytime hours. These extremely cold wind chills will continue into early next week before coming to an end. Extreme cold puts everyone at risk. Risks are greater for young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people working or exercising outdoors, and those without proper shelter. Dress warmly.
