Winter Storm Warning in effect for:
  • Blanc-Sablon

Total accumulations of 25 to 35 centimetres of snow are expected. Northerly winds will reach up to 90 kilometres per hour tonight, then gradually diminish on Sunday morning. These winds combined with the snow will generate zero visibilities in blowing snow. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
