FREEZING RAIN WARNING
- R.M. of Reno including Consul Robsart and Willow Creek
A weak disturbance moving through southwestern Saskatchewan overnight is forecast to bring freezing rain to the area. Freezing rain is expected to begin overnight or Sunday morning and continue for a few hours before tapering off as the system moves southeastward. The freezing rain will likely be mixed with snow in some localities, and with temperatures expected around the freezing point, some areas will be more affected than others. Motorists should take extra caution as road conditions may deteriorate suddenly. Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to SKstorm@ec.gc.ca or tweet reports using #SKStorm.
