Freezing rain developing overnight What: A period of several hours of freezing rain possibly giving 2 to 4 millimetres of ice accretion is expected. When: Overnight tonight until Thursday morning Additional information: After a few centimetres of snow in the evening, the snow will change to freezing rain overnight tonight. Then, the freezing rain will gradually change to rain during the day on Thursday. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
