Where: Témiscamingue, Pontiac, La Vérendrye Wildlife Reserve and Parent Additional information: Rain will contribute to accelerated snowmelt in areas with any remaining snow cover, as well as a significant increase in the flow and level of some streams and rivers. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
