Snow, blowing snow, and strong winds are expected. Locations: western Cape Breton. Time span: tonight through Sunday night. Additional snowfall tonight: 20 to 30 cm. Remarks: Snow, blowing snow and the potential for snow squalls will persist into Sunday night. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Winter storm watches are issued when multiple types of severe winter weather are expected to occur together. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
