Second winter storm What: Total snowfall accumulations of 25 to 40 centimetres. Moderate to strong winds will also produce blowing snow, especially near the St. Lawrence River. When: Sunday until Monday morning. Where: Southern and Central Quebec. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.
