Remarks: Rain will intensify tonight across southwestern Nova Scotia and move east overnight, reaching the eastern half of the province by Tuesday morning. The highest accumulations are expected to occur along the Atlantic coast on Tuesday. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.
