Second winter storm What: Total snowfall accumulations of 30 to 50 centimetres. Strong to high winds will also produce blowing snow, especially near the coasts. When: From Sunday evening to Tuesday morning. Where: The Lower St. Lawrence and the Gaspé Peninsula. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
