Poor driving conditions are expected. What: Snowfall amounts from 10 to 15 cm with moderate snowfall at times causing reduced visibility. When: From this afternoon to Thursday morning. Where: The Mauricie and Charlevoix areas as well as north of Quebec City. Amounts will be more significant over higher terrain while they will be lower in locales near the St. Lawrence River. Additional information: A low pressure system from the Canadian Prairies will move across the Great Lakes and bring snow over Quebec. The rush hour may be impacted in the Mauricie area this afternoon and in the Quebec City and the Charlevoix areas Thursday morning. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
