BLIZZARD WARNING
Second winter storm with blizzard conditions What: Rapid accumulation of snow totalling 25 to 40 centimetres. Strong winds will cause widespread blowing snow and significant wind chill. When: Through Monday morning. Where: Southern and Central Quebec along the St. Lawrence Valley. Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Protect yourself from wind, cold and disorientation by staying sheltered, indoors or with your vehicle. Limit outdoor activities. Blizzard warnings are issued when widespread reduced visibilities of 400 metres or less are expected for at least 4 hours.
