The heaviest rain is expected to fall Saturday into Saturday night. Locally higher amounts are likely in thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening. Impacts: Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
