Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough located east of the Avalon Peninsula.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located west of the Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Newfoundland.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Monday dissipating ridge located over the Quebec
Lower North Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:31 PM NDT 28 April 2024 A trough of low pressure just east of the Avalon Peninsula will move
to lie west of the Grand Banks tonight. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies west of the trough veer to strong easterlies as it
passes.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Coast and East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south.
