By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing low 995 mb located east of
Belle Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over the southern Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Sunday ridge located on a line east-west over
Newfoundland.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today approaching low located south of the Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 4:04 AM NDT 30 April 2016 A low pressure system over the Belle Isle Bank will move eastward and
out to sea today. Strong to gale force southwest to northwesterlies
will diminish today as the low departs.

On Sunday a strengthening low is expected to pass just southeast of
the Grand Banks. As a result, strong to gale force northeasterlies
are expected to develop Sunday afternoon over the Southern Grand
Banks.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle
Bank, Funk Island Bank and Southeastern Grand Banks.
