Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:54 AM AST 28 November 2015 A trough of low pressure stretching from Newfoundland to New
Brunswick will weaken as it drifts southward this morning. Strong to
gale force southwesterlies over Cabot Strait will diminish to strong
northerlies early this morning in the wake of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Cabot Strait.

Outlook for the start-up of the Southwest Nova lobster fishery.

Monday..Winds northerly 15 to 20 knots diminishing to light in the
afternoon. Waves near 1 metre.

Tuesday..Winds southwesterly 15 knots. Waves zero to 1 metre.
