By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight departing ridge located over Laurentian
Fan.

At 10:00 a.m. ADT today low located south of James Bay.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Monday low 1008 mb located near the Gaspe
Peninsula.

Issued 9:47 AM ADT 28 August 2016 Hurricane Gaston, as of 9:00 AM ADT, is located near 30.3 degrees
north and 54.7 degrees west. Maximum sustained winds are 80 knots.
Minimum central pressure is about 975 MB. It is currently moving
northwest at 5 knots.

Note that Gaston is forecast to pass well south of Canadian forecast
waters.
