Issued 8:00 PM AST 25 January 2015 Tonight and Monday At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight departing low 948 mb located over
Labrador Sea.

At 3:00 a.m. AST Monday ridge located over Ontario.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Monday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Maritimes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:37 PM AST 25 January 2015 An intense low pressure system north of Newfoundland will continue to
pull away from the marine district this evening. Gale to storm force
westerlies in the wake of the low will gradually diminish from south
to north tonight.

Another deep area of low pressure will move into the region overnight
Monday and into Tuesday bringing storm force winds to most of the
district. Warnings related to that storm will be issued overnight
tonight.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Anticosti. Gale warnings are in effect for Fundy..Grand Manan..
Eastern shore..Sable..East Scotian Slope..Fourchu..Banquereau..
Laurentian Fan..Cabot Strait..Northumberland Strait..Gulf-Magdalen
and Chaleur-Miscou.

Freezing spray warnings are in effect for Fundy..Grand Manan..
Lurcher..Southwestern shore..Eastern shore..Fourchu..Banquereau -
