Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:45 AM AST 19 February 2017 A low pressure system over New Brunswick will cross the marine
district today. Winds will increase to strong to gale force
southwesterlies this morning over southeastern waters. Late on Monday
strong northerlies will develop in the wake of the system and could
reach gale force over southern waters.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope and Laurentian Fan. Freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Gulf-Magdalen and Anticosti.
