Avalon Peninsula.
By 3:30 p.m. NST Sunday departing low 987 mb located southeast of
the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:58 PM NST 3 December 2016 A low pressure system southeast of the Avalon Peninsula will continue
moving slowly southeastward to lie southeast of the Grand Banks by
Sunday afternoon. Strong to gale force north to northeasterly winds
in the wake of this system will persist until this evening over
western waters and into Sunday over southern waters.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast - Cape St. Francis and
south, and the Southwestern Grand Banks.
