Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:54 AM NDT 30 May 2015 A low pressure system over Quebec will slowly track eastward across
Southern Labrador tonight and across Belle Isle Bank Sunday. Strong
to gale force southwesterlies will spread across the marine district
today and tonight ahead of the low. Winds will shift to strong to
gale force northwesterlies in the wake of the low.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank and Northern
