Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:19 AM NDT 23 October 2016 A low pressure system northwest of the Gaspé Peninsula will move to
lie over Eastern Quebec tonight. Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure
extending eastward from the low across Newfoundland will move to lie
over the South Labrador Coast tonight. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies north of the trough will shift to strong northerlies

Lake Melville, South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, and South
