northeast-southwest over the South Labrador Sea.
At 4:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over northern Quebec.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located off Cape Chidley.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:48 AM NDT 30 April 2024 A trough of low pressure over the South Labrador Sea will graduallyweaken today as a ridge of high pressure builds over Cape Chidley.
Strong to gale force north to northwesterlies west of the trough will
diminish tonight as the trough weakens.
Marine interests are advised that gale and freezing spray warnings
are in effect for Mid Labrador Coast.
