central Vancouver Island.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight quasi-stationary trough located over
BC interior.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:14 PM PDT 29 May 2017 A ridge of high pressure over the Explorer region will produce strong
to gale force westerly winds through Juan de Fuca Strait tonight.
Strong to gale force northwesterly winds through Johnstone Strait
will ease around midnight.
