over Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NST today ridge located east of the East Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 a.m. NST today intensifying low 986 mb located over Quebec.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Monday low 964 mb located over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:49 AM NST 26 February 2017 An intense low pressure system will move over Western Labrador today
and over the Labrador Sea tonight. Gale to storm force southeasterly
winds ahead of the system will shift to gale force westerly for all
waters.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
