By 4:00 a.m. PDT Friday frontal system located over Bowie.

Gwaii will produce strong to gale force northwesterly
Winds to parts of southern waters tonight through Friday.

A frontal system will approach northern offshore waters later
Today. Gale force southerly winds will prevail over northern
Offshore waters this afternoon through Friday morning.
