 afternoon. Wind becoming south 20 km/h late in the morning. High
 minus 22. Wind chill minus 36.
Saturday night..Cloudy. 30 percent chance of flurries early in the
 evening. Snow beginning in the evening and ending after midnight.
 Amount 2 cm. Wind south 20 km/h becoming light near midnight. Low
