Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • Queens County P.E.I.

Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

A low pressure system south of Nova Scotia will track northeastward tonight to lie over Newfoundland on Thursday.

Snow associated with this system will continue tonight and taper to flurries early Thursday morning. Total snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 cm are expected.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.

Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
