What: Snowfall with accumulations of 10 cm expected tonight, followed by an additional 20 cm on Monday. Where: North Coast – Inland sections including Stewart. When: Tonight through Monday night. Additional information: A series of Pacific frontal systems will impact the BC North Coast through the first half of this week. This will result in a prolonged period of snowfall over North Coast inland northern sections, including Stewart. A frontal band has passed through today. Wet snow mixed with rain has changed back to snow for tonight. 5 cm of snow have fallen today. Further accumulations of 10 cm of snow is expected through the overnight period. A second, more significant and moisture laden Pacific front, is forecast to affect the area on Monday. Snow will become heavy again Monday morning and persist through the evening, bringing an additional 20 cm of snowfall. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Local utility outages are possible. Property or tree damage is possible. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.     • Click on the "Rename" button and change the link name
    • Click the enter or tab key
    • Click on the "Close" button to save the change
  • Keyboard navigation
    • Use the Tab key to move to a button or link
    • Use the Enter key to click on buttons or links
    • Organize shortcuts navigation
      • Use the ↑ Up key to select the link above. If none are selected, it will select the first link.
      • Use the ↓ Down key to select the link below. If none are selected, it will select the last link.
      • Use the Page Up key to move a selection up in the list.
      • Use the Page Down key to move a selection down in the list.
  • Restore default list
