Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • Trans-Canada Highway - Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass

Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 25 cm is expected.

Snow at times heavy will begin this evening as a frontal system moves into the Columbia region. Heavy snow will continue into Friday morning with up to 25 cm possible by Friday afternoon.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
