Coast.
By 3:30 p.m. NST Monday low 987 mb located over eastern Labrador
Sea.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Monday building ridge located over the southeastern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:12 PM NST 1 December 2024 An intense low pressure system over the Mid Labrador Coast will drift
eastward tonight and Monday while slowly weakening. Strong to gale
force southwesterlies over northern waters will diminish to moderate
to strong westerlies as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank,
and Funk Island Bank.
