Issued 9:30 AM NST 6 December 2023 Today Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 a.m. NST today trough located on a line east-west over
Labrador.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Thursday dissipating trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Belle Isle Bank.

At 9:30 a.m. NST today low 967 mb located southeast of Greenland.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Thursday low 972 mb located south of Greenland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:13 AM NST 6 December 2023 A low pressure system is expected to approach the marine district
from the east today and Thursday. Strong to gale force northeast to
northwesterlies are expected to develop over all waters ahead of this
system.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except East Labrador Sea - northwestern half.
