Scotia.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Sunday weakening low 1000 mb located over
Anticosti Island.

At 10:00 a.m. ADT Sunday low 1008 mb located southwest of the
Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday low 1007 mb located south of Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:53 PM ADT 7 September 2024 A low pressure system over Nova Scotia will track northward tonight
as it weakens while crossing the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Gale force
winds associated with the low begin to diminish from south to north
in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable - eastern half, East Scotian
Slope - northeastern half, Fourchu, Banquereau, Laurentian Fan, Cabot
Strait, Gulf - Magdalen, Northumberland Strait, and Anticosti.
