Issued 3:47 AM PST 24 February 2018 A low pressure system near the Lower Mainland will move southward
Out of the South Coast this morning. Associated with the low, gale
force northwesterly winds will continue this morning over parts of
the central and southern waters.

A 996 MB low will develop over the Gulf of Alaska this morning. The
associated cold front located west of Bowie will move southeastward
