Issued 9:30 PM NST 6 December 2025 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight quasi-stationary trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:24 PM NST 6 December 2025 A trough of low pressure will remain nearly stationary over the
Labrador Sea throughout the forecast period. Strong to gale force
southeast to northeasterlies will continue east of the trough while
strong to gale force north to northwesterlies continue to its west.
Winds will diminish over most waters Sunday morning as the trough
weakens.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast - Hopedale and south, South
Labrador Sea - western half and East Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador coast.
