over the Northwest Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the East Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:45 PM NDT 1 October 2023 A trough of low pressure over the Northwest Labrador Sea will track
eastward tonight then stall over the East Labrador Sea on Monday.
Strong to gale force southeasterlies are expected ahead of the trough
with strong to gale force northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek, South Labrador Sea, Northwest
Labrador Sea, and East Labrador Sea - northeastern half.
