Issued 9:30 AM NST 19 November 2018 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 9:30 a.m. NST today low 978 mb located over the northern
Atlantic Ocean.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Tuesday low 987 mb located north of the East
Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NST today trough located over the Northwest Labrador
Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Tuesday departing trough from 987 mb low located
east of the East Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NST today ridge located over western Labrador.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Tuesday ridge located on a line east-west over
Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:10 AM NST 19 November 2018 An intense low pressure system over the North Atlantic will drift
slowly northward to lie north of the East Labrador Sea Tuesday
morning. Gale force west to northwesterlies will develop today and
tonight over the Labrador Sea as the low approaches. Winds will
diminish to strong southwesterlies as the low departs to the north on
Tuesday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Labrador Sea.

Freezing spray warnings are in effect for all waters except East
Labrador Sea.
