Heavy snow is expected to change to rain showers during the day Monday as temperatures rises gradually. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
