Additional Information: A frontal system will cross the region bringing a period of heavy snow today. Snow will ease later this afternoon. The heaviest snowfall is forecast for Pine Pass. Several more pulses of precipitation are on their way tonight and Sunday. Additional snowfall amounts are possible and there is an increasing risk of freezing rain. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will likely be reduced at times.
